Connected Clinician Path
Use NVOX with your own clients.
Offer ADHD assessments to your clients without building the process from scratch.
NVOX provides the assessment platform, clinical workflow, AI-assisted analysis, and reporting. You stay in control of the client relationship, review the results, and guide treatment.
See How It Works
Your client stays with you. The process becomes more organized.
Many clinicians work with children, adolescents, and adults who would benefit from an ADHD assessment. Yet offering assessments in-house often requires extensive information gathering, administration, documentation, reporting, and ongoing coordination.
NVOX removes that operational burden, allowing you to offer a structured assessment process while remaining the clinician your client knows and trusts.

Offer an additional clinical service
Make ADHD assessment easier to offer in your practice, without building the assessment system, information workflow, and report process from scratch.
Keep the client relationship
You remain the clinician who knows the client, reviews the findings, and helps guide next steps.
Work with a more organized case
The Clinician Hub brings questionnaires, documents, collateral input, assessment task results, digital markers, a draft report, and recommendations into one secure workspace.
Reduce workflow burden
Fewer scattered forms, fewer disconnected files, less chasing information, and less manual work around reports.
Keep clinical judgment in your hands
NVOX organizes the case materials and supports a broader, more structured review process. The clinician remains responsible for interpretation, feedback, and next steps.
Deliver a clinically useful report
NVOX helps produce a clear, structured report that summarizes findings, functional impact, and recommendations clinicians can review, refine, and discuss with the client.

Built for Clinical Trust
Not another form. A multimodal clinical process.
NVOX brings questionnaires, assessment tasks, collateral input, existing documents, digital markers, AI-assisted analysis, and clinical review into one structured ADHD assessment workflow.
The system does not diagnose on its own or replace professional judgment. The clinician reviews the evidence, explains the findings, and guides appropriate next steps.
NVOX reports are clinically reviewed with support from the NVOX clinical team and MD oversight.
Built for Clinical Trust
Free for Approved Clinicians to Join
There is no cost for approved clinicians to join the NVOX Network. The assessment fee is paid by the client through NVOX, at a price point designed to be more accessible than many traditional assessment pathways.

Who can join the NVOX Network
The NVOX Network is designed for licensed clinicians and qualified licensed professionals whose training, license, and scope of practice are relevant to ADHD assessment, treatment, clinical support, or professional decision-making around assessment findings.
This may include:
Licensed psychologists and neuropsychologists
Psychiatrists and other relevant licensed physicians
Psychiatric nurse practitioners
Other qualified licensed clinicians, depending on license, jurisdiction, scope of practice, and NVOX approval
Each clinician must hold an active and relevant professional license, operate within their permitted scope of practice, maintain appropriate professional liability or malpractice insurance, and complete NVOX review and approval before joining the network.
The approval process may include license verification, professional fit review, and background screening.
All use of NVOX must remain within the clinician’s license, training, insurance coverage, and permitted scope of practice.
NVOX Direct case review has a separate approval path and narrower eligibility criteria.
