For Schools and Districts

Structured Evidence for Better-Informed Student Support

NVOX helps schools and districts understand how findings from an ADHD assessment relate to educational functioning, classroom needs, and student support planning.

Each report brings together clinical history, parent or caregiver input, school-based observations when available, functional impact, assessment task performance, and professional interpretation within one structured, reviewable record.

NVOX reports may support school review and planning. Educational evaluation, eligibility determinations, services, and accommodations remain the responsibility of the school or district.

The Reality Schools and Districts Are Managing

Limited Professional Capacity

School psychologists and support teams must divide their time across a growing range of responsibilities and students.

Uneven Access to Assessment

Cost, location, clinician availability, and long wait times may delay access to outside clinical evaluation.

Information Spread Across Sources

Parent reports, educator observations, clinical documents, school data, and previous supports do not always arrive together or use consistent language.

The Gap Between a Report and Classroom Use

Even after receiving a report, teams must identify which findings matter at school and how they relate to support planning.

Schools do not need another disconnected document. They need information that can be reviewed efficiently, understood in educational context, and responsibly incorporated into an existing process.

What NVOX Adds for School Teams

Less Time Reconstructing the Case.
More Time Supporting the Student.

Less Time Reconstructing the Case. More Time Supporting the Student.

NVOX organizes clinical, functional, family, and school information while preserving the source, context, and limitations of each layer of evidence.

The purpose is not to replace the school’s process. It is to make clinical information clearer, more consistent, and more useful for the professionals reviewing it.

Flexible Clinical Review Models

NVOX Direct

An NVOX doctoral-level psychologist with a PhD or PsyD and an active license in the relevant state reviews the complete case, authorizes the clinical findings and final report, and explains the results to the parent or legal guardian.

With appropriate authorization, the report may also be shared with the school psychologist or another designated student support professional.

Best suited for schools and districts seeking additional clinical capacity.

School or District
Clinician Review

A qualified school or district clinician who meets NVOX eligibility requirements and applicable state requirements receives access to the organized case record, assessment evidence, professional review tools, and NVOX Whisper.

The designated clinician completes the final clinical review and assumes responsibility for authorizing the findings and report through the school or district’s established process.

Best suited for schools and districts that want to retain final clinical review within their own team.

NVOX Whisper™

Case-Specific Guidance for the
Professionals Supporting the Student

NVOX Whisper is a secure, case-specific conversational environment that allows authorized school professionals to ask questions, locate relevant evidence, and better understand how assessment findings relate to educational functioning and student support.

Responses are grounded in the case evidence and in the findings and recommendations authorized by the clinician responsible for the case. Access and responses are tailored to each user’s professional role and permissions.

For School Psychologists and
Student Support Professionals

Authorized professionals can examine the basis for findings and recommendations, compare information across settings, identify meaningful differences between sources, and locate evidence relevant to a specific professional question.
