Validated ADHD Assessment, Just a Step Away
Validated ADHD Assessment, Just a Step Away
NVOX provides a comprehensive ADHD assessment and recognized documentation. This report can help determine eligibility for 504 plans, IEPs (Individualized Education Programs), and accommodations at school, work, or for standardized exams. It also serves as a valuable resource for discussions with professionals regarding personalized support strategies. For qualifying cases, we offer optional assistance in completing 504 and IEP paperwork.
How it Works ?
Step 1: Getting Started
Get started with a simple registration. You’ll fill out a detailed questionnaire (10-15 minutes) to share insights about the test taker – whether it’s for your child (ages 8 and up) or yourself. If it’s for your child, you’ll also provide a teacher’s email or another professional who knows them well in an educational setting. Adults can list someone close who knows them well. Once that’s done, we’ll guide you through a quick setup to calibrate your camera, speakers, and microphone – making sure everything works perfectly.

Step 2: Taking the Test
Once registered, the test taker will complete two engaging assessments: one involves reading a short passage aloud (2 minutes), while the other measures attention, reaction speed, and more (15 minutes) – all guided by a friendly, AI-powered assistant. The experience is designed to feel like a game, making it fun and stress-free. This intelligent assistant analyzes speech, behavior, and body language – just like a human, but with far greater precision. For children under 10, a parent or guardian should stay nearby for support.

Step 3: Expert Guidance
After the assessment is complete and insights are gathered from the teacher or designated contact, you’ll have a 20-minute feedback session with one of our expert psychologists. During this session, the psychologist, who personally signs your validated report, will walk you through the findings. If a diagnosis is confirmed, they will discuss potential accommodations to help ensure success at school, work, or beyond.

Step 4: The Assessment Report
Your comprehensive report is almost ready! After your discussion with the psychologist, you’ll receive an official, signed document via email and in your personal area. This detailed 30-40 page report includes in-depth findings, DSM-based diagnoses, behavioral observations, and clear recommendations and interventions. This document is your golden ticket to seeking IEPs, 504 plans, or work accommodations. Designed to support school psychologists, physicians, and other professionals, it provides the tools needed for treatment planning.

Step 5: From Report to Reality
After receiving your evaluation report, submit it to the disability services office, special education department, or HR at your school, university, or workplace. Our system will guide you through the process of filling out and submitting the necessary forms for a 504 Plan or IEP. If diagnosed with a learning disability, you might be eligible for accommodations such as Extended Time, Alternative Formats, Technology Aids, Note-Taking Assistance, Preferential Seating, and workplace adjustments.
