NVOX is seeking an exceptional psychologist to serve as Chief Psychology Officer and lead the psychology function as the company enters a significant phase of expansion across the United States.

The CPO will join an established clinical and scientific leadership team and work closely with Dr. Johnathan Leemor, Chief Science Officer, as well as NVOX leadership and the clinical, research, product and technology teams.

This is a senior executive role with broad responsibility for how psychology, clinical assessment, technology, research and clinician quality come together across NVOX.

1. About NVOX

NVOX is building a clinician led ADHD assessment platform designed to make comprehensive assessment more structured, efficient and accessible while keeping professional judgment at the center.

NVOX has completed more than 1,000 assessments during the development and evaluation of its platform and is now expanding its operations and clinician network across the United States.

2. The Role

Lead NVOX psychology standards and clinical governance

Guide the continued development and improvement of assessment models and clinical protocols

3.

Lead quality assurance and professional development across the psychologist network

4.

Help expand NVOX's national clinician network across the United States

5.

Work directly with product and technology teams on the responsible integration of AI and technology into clinical workflows

6.

Partner with the Chief Science Officer on research, validation initiatives and academic collaborations

7.

Represent NVOX with clinicians, researchers, professional organizations and strategic partners

3. NVOX Labs

The CPO will also play a central role in NVOX Labs, where we explore and develop new directions in psychological assessment, behavioral science, clinical technology and AI.

The goal is not simply to improve what exists today. It is to explore new assessment models, clinical signals, validation approaches and ways technology can expand the capabilities of psychologists while keeping professional judgment at the center.

The role will also include collaboration with the NVOX Foundation on initiatives designed to expand access to assessment and professional services.

4. Who We Are Looking For

1.

PhD or PsyD in Psychology.

2.

Board certification in Clinical Neuropsychology through ABPP/ABCN, or equivalent advanced training in clinical neuropsychology, is strongly preferred.

3.

Active psychologist license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

4.

Significant clinical experience and a strong background in psychological assessment.

5.

Demonstrated experience leading clinical teams, programs or complex systems.

6.

Ability to operate across clinical practice, science, technology and business.

8.

Experience in ADHD, research, publications, academia, digital health or professional leadership is highly valued.

5. Compensation

Base salary: $250,000 to $300,000 annually, depending on experience, leadership background and scope of responsibility, plus stock options.

The stock option grant will be structured according to experience, seniority and the scope of the position.
