1. About NVOX

NVOX is building a clinician integrated platform designed to make comprehensive ADHD assessment more accessible, efficient, and clinically meaningful.

Our pediatric assessment platform supports families, licensed psychologists, cognitive and behavioral testing, clinical evidence review, and report generation within a single workflow.

We handle sensitive clinical and personal information, so security, privacy, reliability, and responsible data handling are part of every engineering decision.

Comprehensive ADHD assessment remains slow, expensive, and difficult to access for many families. We are building technology intended to change that.

2. The Role

We are looking for a Clinician Network & Success Manager to own the clinician journey across our growing U.S. network — from initial interest and onboarding through ongoing engagement and support.

This role requires someone who communicates naturally and professionally with healthcare professionals, builds trust quickly, follows through consistently, and takes initiative without waiting for direction. As the network grows, this person will also help shape the processes and workflows that support it.

3. What You Will Own

1.

Clinician recruitment and joining — speak with prospective clinicians, introduce NVOX, assess fit, manage follow-up, and guide them through the joining process.

2.

Onboarding and activation — guide new clinicians through the platform, workflows, expectations, compensation, and case handling.

3.

Clinician relationships and support — serve as the primary point of contact, manage day-to-day questions and issues, and maintain proactive relationships.

4.

Training and webinars — lead onboarding sessions, webinars, Q&As, and other clinician-facing meetings.

5.

Clinician pipeline and operations — maintain an organized view of recruitment, onboarding, follow-up, activity, and outstanding issues.

6.

Clinician feedback — identify needs, friction points, and recurring themes, and communicate relevant insights to the clinical, product, and operations teams.

7.

Network growth projects — lead initiatives related to recruitment, onboarding improvement, activation, retention, geographic or specialty expansion, and clinician resources.

8.

Professional representation — represent NVOX at conferences, professional events, and clinician meetings across the U.S.

4. Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

1.

Highly proactive, independent, and comfortable taking ownership.

2.

Polished, articulate, and an excellent written and verbal communicator.

3.

Comfortable building relationships with psychologists, psychiatrists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

4.

Able to adapt communication style to the audience and communicate clearly without sounding scripted or overly sales-oriented.

5.

Highly organized, reliable with follow-up, and confident leading conversations, webinars, and professional meetings.

6.

Comfortable in a fast-moving environment and motivated to improve processes rather than simply follow them.

5. Experience

Previous professional experience working directly with or for clinicians is required, including roles in healthcare operations, provider relations, clinician onboarding, healthcare customer success, clinical recruiting, practice operations, or similar clinician-facing work.

Experience with ADHD, behavioral health, psychological assessment, or mental health is an advantage, but not required.

Exceptional spoken and written English is essential. Candidates must currently be based in the United States.

6. Why Join NVOX

You will have meaningful influence over both the product and the technical direction of the company.

You will work on an established, multi service production platform and solve real engineering problems across application development, infrastructure, data, security, and applied AI.

This is an opportunity to become a central technical leader in a company building technology with meaningful clinical and social impact.
