Lead the secure video feedback session
Lead a focused secure video feedback session of up to 20 minutes with the client, or the relevant parent or legal guardian when applicable. The session is designed to explain findings and next steps, not to replace ongoing clinical care.
Help finalize the report
Refine recommendations when needed, approve the report, and digitally sign it when required according to workflow.
Receive payment for the completed case
After the case is completed according to the NVOX Direct process, you receive payment.

Eligibility
Who Can Review NVOX Direct Cases
NVOX Direct case review is currently open to approved clinicians in these professional categories:
Licensed psychiatrists
Psychiatrists with an active physician license and relevant experience in ADHD or related neurodevelopmental conditions.
Licensed Psychologists
Licensed psychologists with a PhD or PsyD, or an equivalent doctoral degree accepted for licensure.
Clinical Neuropsychologists
Licensed psychologists with recognized training, specialization, or board certification in clinical neuropsychology.
Reviewer Requirements
NVOX Direct case reviewReviewers must hold an active license, practice within their permitted scope, maintain professional liability or malpractice coverage, and complete NVOX verification and approval. is currently open to approved clinicians in these professional categories:
NVOX approval includes license verification, professional fit review, and background screening. Membership in the broader NVOX Network does not automatically qualify a clinician to review NVOX Direct cases.
Professional ADHD Training
Advanced ADHD Training, Fully Funded for Every Approved NVOX Direct Clinician
Every clinician approved for NVOX Direct receives sponsored access to PESI’s Certified ADHD Professional (ADHD-CCSP) Intensive Training Course. NVOX Foundation covers the full course fee.
The online program offers up to 35.25 CE hours, subject to profession, jurisdiction, and CE eligibility, and is listed by PESI at approximately $1,760 in value.
Course completion is not required before joining NVOX Direct or beginning case review. Clinicians can complete the training while actively participating in the program and reviewing NVOX Direct cases.

Limited Onboarding Capacity
NVOX is accepting a limited number of clinicians during the current onboarding period to provide each participant with a thoughtful onboarding experience, responsive support, and consistent quality oversight.
Qualified clinicians are invited to apply for NVOX Direct. Every clinician who is approved receives access to the professional training funded by NVOX Foundation.
