NVOX is not currently in-network with insurance providers. However, many of our clients successfully receive partial reimbursement by submitting a Superbill to their insurance. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement ranging from 40% to 85% of the cost.

After completing your assessment, you can request a Superbill from us, which includes all necessary information such as CPT and ICD-10 codes (e.g., 90791, F90.0).

Please note: we do not send Superbills automatically. You’ll need to contact us after your report is delivered to request one.Before purchasing, we recommend calling your insurance provider and asking: “Do I have out-of-network coverage for CPT code 90791 or 96136?”
